Pilates HD is a whole new Pilates experience. It’s an interval-based class combining low-impact cardio, traditional Pilates moves and calisthenics. It begins with a yoga-based warm-up and ends with sivasana, but it’s the middle that will keep you coming back for more. Each week is different to keep you challenged and your muscles guessing. So come prepared to sweat, have fun and get a full-body workout.
PILATES STRENGTH is a fun and vibrant class developed by Hanneke. This class is a combination of low impact cardio, traditional Pilates moves & strength training. This power routine provides a full body workout. Come prepared to sweat, have fun & take your body to the next level!
